Gone Away

If you have opened a letter from us in error and the addressee has moved, please email us to advise at info@debtlogic.co.uk with the title as Gone Away. Once informed we will stop further action and commence tracing enquiries. The quickest way to assist us would be to provide their new address, if known.

Got a complaint?

At DEBT LOGIC, we are committed to dealing with all customers in a fair, reasonable and respectful manner. If you are not happy with our service and want to make a complaint, please contact our Complaints Manager in writing to our registered address or by email at {{Complaints Manager}}.

Please note that we cannot deal with complaints about our clients or their procedures when dealing with Parking Charge Notices. If you have a complaint regarding your PCN or the Parking Operator, please contact the appropriate Accredited Trade Association (ATA). Either British Parking Association (BPA) or the International Parking Community (IPC).
